GLife is a Harvard spin-out developing a first-in-class RNA stem-cell therapy for hair regeneration. Unlike existing treatments that rely on daily hormonal modulation or cosmetic maintenance, GLife activates a novel stem-cell–regulating gene to restore natural regeneration. The therapy is delivered via a painless microneedle patch worn for ~10 minutes, with effects lasting 1–3 months, enabling durable, gender-inclusive regrowth.
GLife’s lead asset, GLI-001, has shown efficacy in mouse models and human skin systems. Its AI-driven platform—built on the largest human skin single-cell atlas—supports rapid expansion into skin aging, acne, and inflammatory dermatology. GLife was founded by Dr. Li Li (Lily), trained at Harvard Medical School under George M. Church, one of the most influential geneticists and company builders of our time, whose lab has launched multiple category-defining biotech platforms.
