LISCure Biosciences is developing a pipeline of novel, best-in-class biotherapeutics for hard-to-treat conditions. Our R&D portfolio includes clinical-stage assets for liver and autoimmune diseases, as well as preclinical programs in neurology and oncology. A core focus of our research is a microorganism-based extracellular vesicle (EV)-mediated BBB shuttle platform, which has demonstrated high efficiency in loading and delivering therapeutic cargos across the blood-brain barrier.
